MEMORIA is a gallery dedicated to Contemporary Art with two locations, one in the center of Madrid and another in the Carabanchel new art district. Its mission is the construction of compensatory narratives through the displacement of peripheral aesthetics, showing a strong interest in the historical artistic scene of Latin America. Also, through research that involves a broader spectrum of artists, geographies and periods. The gallery opened its doors in September 2020 and was founded by curator, artist and collector Alejandro de Villota.
